Software and proposed subscriptions

Cartdini Free and Pro are WordPress plugins for WooCommerce. Both code packages are licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later. An annual Pro subscription provides new Pro downloads and product support for the selected 1, 5 or 25 sites. These allowances govern our service, not your GPL rights to use, study, modify or redistribute the software.

New releases are supplied as installable ZIP files. Pro RC6 can offer in-dashboard updates after an eligible optional license connection; this requires the hosted service to be accessible. Free updates remain manual. Cartdini does not enable automatic installations. Custom development and compatibility with every theme, gateway or extension are not included. Check the published compatibility table before purchase.

Price, currency and renewal

Choose USD, EUR, GBP, AUD or CAD before entering Stripe Checkout. Non-USD quotes use the dated reference shown on the pricing page. Review the recurring price, currency, applicable taxes and total in Stripe before paying. Subscriptions renew annually at their stored price in the selected currency unless subsequently changed. Cancellation stops future renewals; your installed GPL code continues to work.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel renewal through Stripe billing. Access to new downloads continues through the paid period when renewal is canceled for its period end. A full refund, unpaid or expired service, or an unresolved payment dispute can suspend new downloads and support.

Proposed policy: request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase by contacting support from the purchasing email. Include the receipt or invoice reference. The final refund policy will be confirmed before paid subscriptions open. Applicable statutory rights, including rights that cannot be waived for digital products, are unaffected. No waiver of mandatory rights is inferred from a download.

Store operation

Back up your store and test on staging before using a release in production. You are responsible for the fields you collect, your privacy notice, retention settings and store integrations. Do not collect card numbers, passwords or other secrets in custom checkout fields.

Support and changes

Use the published support address for product, purchase and privacy requests. No guaranteed response-time or uptime service is included unless separately agreed. Material changes to an existing paid service require appropriate notice and do not override mandatory consumer rights.

Software warranty

The software is provided under the warranty terms of its GPL license, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. No claim of permanent bug-free or exploit-free operation is made.
